Today the entire quotation flow is manual: the buyer asks by email, Molkom's team forwards it to the supplier, the supplier replies to the team, and the team relays the answer back to the buyer — every step copied and formatted by hand, with tracking entered manually into a spreadsheet. How it works

The buyer requests
The buyer signs into the invite-only portal, browses the catalog grouped by principal, and submits a request for quotation (RFQ) with the product specification.
Molkom routes it
The request is auto-formatted and routed by email to the responsible supplier — no manual typing, no spreadsheet.
The quote returns curated
The supplier replies to Molkom; an executive reviews and adjusts before releasing the answer to the buyer, always through the portal.
